Welcome to SultanVeda. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website sultanveda.com (the “Website”) and any purchase of products offered through it.

The Website is owned and operated by Sultan Veda, having its registered office at SCF-4, Level-1, Kabir Park Market, Opposite Guru Nanak Dev University, G.T. Road, Amritsar, Punjab-143002. (“SultanVeda”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Definitions

“You” / “User” / “Customer” refers to any person who visits, browses, registers on, or purchases from the Website.
“Product” refers to any Ayurvedic or wellness item listed for sale on the Website, including SultanVeda Ayurvedic Rasayana Capsules.
“Order” refers to a request placed by you to purchase one or more Products.
“Content” refers to all text, images, product descriptions, logos, graphics, blog articles, videos, and other material available on the Website.

2. Eligibility to Use

You may use this Website and place orders only if you:

Are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout;
Are not barred from receiving our Products under any applicable law.

Minors may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Orders placed by minors without such supervision may be cancelled at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

Creating an account is optional for browsing but may be required to complete certain transactions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Products, Ingredients & Ayurvedic Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully.

SultanVeda products are traditional Ayurvedic formulations, including preparations enriched with purified bhasams such as Gold (Swarna), Silver (Rajat) and Moti (Pearl) bhasma, prepared in accordance with classical Ayurvedic principles.

Our Products are dietary and wellness supplements intended to support general well-being. They are not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Statements on the Website regarding vitality, energy, rejuvenation, stress balance, or longevity are based on traditional Ayurvedic texts and usage, and have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority as claims of medical treatment.
Results vary from person to person depending on body constitution (prakriti), age, lifestyle, diet, and consistency of use. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, timeline, or result.
You are strongly advised to consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner or registered medical professional before beginning use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, below 18 years of age, undergoing treatment for any medical condition, taking prescription medication, or have known allergies.
Always read the label, ingredient list, and dosage instructions before use. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and have satisfied yourself as to the suitability of the Product for your personal use.

5. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe Products accurately, including ingredients, packaging, usage instructions, and images.

Product images are for representation only. Actual packaging, colour, or capsule appearance may differ slightly due to photography, display settings, or batch-to-batch packaging updates.
Product formulations, labels, and packaging may be revised from time to time in line with quality or regulatory requirements.
All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer, and to discontinue any Product without prior notice.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed separately before you confirm payment.
Prices, offers, and discounts may change at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid, without further liability.

7. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the Order.
You will receive an order confirmation email or message after checkout. This is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any Order, in whole or in part, including where:
- the Product is unavailable or out of stock;
- there is a suspected fraudulent, bulk, or resale transaction;
- payment verification fails;
- the delivery address is outside our serviceable area or contains incomplete details;
- there is an error in pricing or product information.
If we cancel a prepaid Order, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Payments

We accept payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and (where available) Cash on Delivery.
All online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or banking details.
Your use of a payment gateway is also governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
You confirm that the payment instrument used belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it. Orders flagged for payment fraud may be cancelled and reported.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the Website are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk in the Product passes to you upon delivery at the address provided.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. Reshipping charges for orders returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may be borne by you.
Please inspect the package on delivery. Report any damaged, tampered, or leaking parcel to us within 24 hours with photographs.

10. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at the details in Clause 18. Once an Order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
As our Products are consumable health and wellness items, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed Products for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Returns or replacements will be considered only where the Product delivered is damaged in transit, defective, expired, or materially different from what was ordered, and where the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing photograph or video and the invoice.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving and verifying the returned Product.
Refunds are not available for reasons of personal dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or failure to achieve an expected outcome.

11. Reviews, Testimonials & User Content

The Website may display customer reviews, ratings, and testimonials.

Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of specific users and are not a guarantee of results for any other person.
If you submit a review, comment, image, or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including on social media and marketing material.
You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing of third-party rights, or that makes medical claims about our Products.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user content at our sole discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website — including the SultanVeda name, logo, product names, formulation descriptions, blog articles, photographs, design elements, and layout — is the property of SultanVeda or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the Website is permitted.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Nothing on this Website, including blog articles about Ayurveda, digestion, stress, or vitality, constitutes medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that Order.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
We shall not be liable for any adverse reaction, health outcome, or loss arising from use of our Products contrary to the label instructions, without professional guidance, or in combination with other medication or supplements.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SultanVeda, SultanVeda, and its directors, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, courier or logistics failures, power outages, or internet and server disruptions.

19. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made thereunder, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the details of the Grievance Officer are provided below:

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt, in line with applicable law.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Punjab.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

22. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
